SynoraAI is an AI-powered social media management platform operated by Cube Web Technologies that helps businesses, creators, and other users build brand identities, create and manage content, connect social media accounts, schedule and publish posts, analyze social media activity, and manage subscriptions and credits.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SynoraAI website, application, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is produced using automated systems and may not always be accurate, original, complete, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose.

You should independently verify important facts, claims, statistics, and other information generated by the Services before publishing or relying upon it.

SynoraAI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific business, marketing, creative, or commercial requirements.

6. Prohibited Uses

8. Content Publishing and Scheduling

SynoraAI may allow you to schedule or automatically publish content to connected social media platforms.

You acknowledge that:

  • Scheduled publishing may fail due to technical issues, API limitations, platform outages, account restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We do not guarantee that scheduled content will always be published at the exact requested time.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your content before publication.
  • You are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the social media platforms to which content is published.

You remain responsible for all content published through your account, whether published manually or through automated scheduling features.

9. Subscriptions and Paid Services

SynoraAI may offer paid subscription plans, credit-based services, usage-based features, or other paid functionality.

The pricing, billing period, features, and limitations applicable to a subscription will be presented at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the selected plan or service.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mollie, or other supported payment providers.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase.

We generally do not directly store complete payment card details.

10. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If your subscription is configured to renew automatically, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee for each renewal period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to SynoraAI for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
